The Arturo Fuente brand was officially founded by Arturo Fuente Sr. in 1912. The Fuente family, originally from Cuba, moved the core of their family business from Cuba to the United States in 1902 and put down roots here.

The brand's development path was not without hardships. An accidental fire in 1924 almost completely burned down the brand's cigar production facilities, forcing the family to cease cigar production for as long as 22 years. It was not until 1946 that small-batch handcrafted cigar production was officially resumed.

The Chateau Series is the classic core line of Arturo Fuente. When the series was first launched, there were only 5 regular vitolas, and 4 classic specifications were added later, among which the Pyramid is the most popular one.

This cigar uses Ecuadorian Connecticut Shade wrapper, paired with premium binder and filler grown in the Fuente family's own plantations in the Dominican Republic, locking the stability and uniqueness of the flavor from the source of raw materials.
